When you complete a Volturi breeding contract on this website you sign it electronically. Please read this before you sign.
Your agreement to sign electronically
By checking the consent box and signing a contract online, you agree that your electronic signature and initials are the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and initials, under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Pennsylvania Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
What we record
To show who signed and when, we record the name you type, your drawn or typed signature and initials, the date and time, and the IP address of the device you used. These are kept with your signed contract.
Your copy
As soon as you submit, a PDF of your signed contract is emailed to you and to Volturi at heidi@volturi.net. Please keep it for your records. You need a device that can open PDF files and an email account you can reach.
Paper instead
You may sign on paper instead. Email heidi@volturi.net or call (972) 750-8278 and we will send you a printable contract. Choosing paper costs nothing extra.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to sign electronically for future documents at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing does not undo a contract you have already signed.
